Staff were really good and helpful. However processes need looking at. I wasn't informed that 2 further appointments were needed, only offered during working week. Not given reg. no. to organise insurance then chased for certificate last minute.

The service was excellent. But for me it would be preferable if the oil service was carried out at the same time as the 3 year check, MOT and brake fluid change. In a short time I would need to return and leave the car again. Time management.
They were brilliant and really took care of me and my 4 year old son! Who loves the sweets!!

Everything done exactly as planned
As we already have a mini there was no need for a full handover but as there is no media/satnav hand book some explanation would have been useful. I may go back for a demo.
